Our goal is to treat you as if you are a member of our own family! We want to achieve a perfect result for you through efficient and comprehensive treatment. Each team member is certified in radiology, coronal polishing, CPR, dental office emergencies, and OSHA infection control. We attend classes for CPR and OSHA compliance, as well as continuing education courses on the TAP® 3 sleep apnea appliance and Damon™ brackets. We strive to treat each of our patients with the highest level of care by staying in touch with the latest advances in orthodontic technology.
Amy
Operations Manager
Amy is a native of Lincoln County, NC and she attended Lincolnton High School. In her spare time, Amy enjoys shopping and cooking. She also enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband, daughter, and two grandchildren.
A fun fact about Amy is that she has been in the dental field since 1990! Amy has been part of the Austin Orthodontics family since February 2008. She says, “I love working at Austin Orthodontics because I can help patients feel better by improving their smiles!”
Ashlee
New Patient Treatment Coordinator
Ashlee is a native of Charlotte, NC but has called Lincolnton, NC home for over 10 years. She attended Hickory Grove Baptist Christian School. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have a son. Ashlee also has a beagle named Kuechly (after the Panthers’ linebacker).
When Ashlee isn’t at the office, she enjoys cooking, day trips, and spending time with family and friends. A fun fact about Ashlee is that she can play the piano! Ashlee has been part of the Austin Orthodontics family since November 2007. She says, “I love working at Austin Orthodontics because giving people a beautiful smile is life changing. It is an awesome feeling when people are so happy and can’t hold back happy tears.”
Tiffany
Certified AO Smile Technician
Tiffany is a native of Catawba County, NC, where she lives with her husband Trevor, son Ryder, two Australian Cattle Dogs and several farm animals! She attended Bandys High School, and earned an associate degree in photography from CVCC. She then earned her dental assisting degree from Lake Norman Dental Assisting School.
When she’s not at work, Tiffany is likely exploring the outdoors while riding RZRs with her husband and friends, or capturing special moments with her camera. Tiffany has been part of the Austin Orthodontics family since February 2015! She was even a patient here when she was younger! Tiffany says, “I love working at Austin Orthodontics because I love seeing happy, smiling faces when patients get their braces off!
Kaley
Certified AO Smile Technician
Kaley is a native of Iron Station, NC and currently lives in Denver, NC with her husband. She attended East Lincoln High School, as well as Lake Norman Dental Assisting School. Kaley’s hobbies include trying new foods and new restaurants, going to the mountains, watching shows and movies, and spending time with family. Her favorite team is the New York Yankees! A fun fact about Kaley is that she was a patient at Austin Orthodontics when she was in 5th grade!
Her favorite quote comes from Winnie the Pooh, who says, “Wear a smile, whatever the weather!” Kaley has been part of the Austin Orthodontics family since January 2020, and she says, “I love working at Austin Orthodontics because it is fun, and I love seeing smiles transform!”
Cali
Certified AO Smile Technician
Cali is a proud native of Lincolnton, NC, and a graduate of Lincolnton High School. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from CVCC but found her true passion in the dental field. With experience in a dental office before joining our team, Cali has been in dentistry since 2017 and became part of the Austin Orthodontics family in 2021. She has a special talent for working with younger patients, making them feel comfortable and at ease!
In her free time, Cali loves spending time with her husband, Micah, and their two children, Indy and Callan. She also enjoys beach trips and shopping whenever she gets the chance!

Stacey W
Lab Technician
Stacey graduated from Mooresville High School and spent 10 years as a cosmetologist before pursuing her passion for dentistry. She furthered her education in Tennessee, earning an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Assisting. Since 2009, she has been dedicated to the field of orthodontics and now thrives in the lab, where she loves bringing smiles to life!
Stacey is a proud mother of three and a loving grandmother of two. In 2019, she married her best friend, Karl, and together they enjoy making memories with family. One of her greatest joys is seeing the excitement on patients’ faces when their braces come off.
In her free time, Stacey loves soaking up the sun at the beach—especially at her favorite spot, Topsail Island!

Stacey has been a dedicated part of the orthodontic world since 2000, bringing years of experience and a passion for creating beautiful smiles. She’s married to her husband, Rob, and together they have a son, Phoenix, who keeps them on the go as he races BMX all across the U.S. When she’s not cheering him on at the track, Stacey enjoys time at home with their two beloved dogs, Rolly and Razor. Her warm personality and expertise make her an incredible asset to our team, and we’re so lucky to have her!
Dylan

Dylan is the friendly face you’ll see at our front desk, always ready to welcome patients with a warm smile! She has been in the dental field since 2017 and loves being part of the orthodontic journey, helping patients feel at home from the moment they walk in.
Dylan is married to her husband, Cameron, and together they have two beautiful daughters, Perri and Prescott. In her free time, she loves traveling—especially to the beach, where she can relax and soak up the sun!

She is married to her husband, Jake, and they have a wonderful son, Briggs, along with their beloved dog, Sadie. In her free time, Allison loves spending time at the beach, soaking up the sun and making memories with her family.

Payton is a dedicated Smile Tech who loves helping patients feel confident in their smiles! She began her career in the dental field in 2023 and has quickly developed a passion for orthodontics.
Payton is married to her husband, Caleb, and they share their home with their beloved dog, Ollie. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors, whether it’s exploring new places or simply soaking up nature.

Angel is happily married to her husband, Seth, and together they have two wonderful sons, Kash and Slade. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys homesteading, antiquing, and exploring the art of apothecary. Her love for nature, history, and all things handmade shines through in everything she does!
