Invisalign® & Invisalign® Teen

Invisalign® and Invisalign Teen® trays straighten teeth without braces, using aligners.  Aligners are removable and virtually invisible, which means you can straighten your teeth without anyone knowing.   Also, you can brush and floss as you normally do, because there are no wires or brackets in your mouth.  Many of our patients had never considered traditional braces but are now happily and comfortably improving their smiles with Invisalign® or Invisalign Teen®.  Dr. Austin is a Premier Invisalign® Provider, meaning that he has achieved an exceptional level of Invisalign® case experiencine.  

WHAT IS Invisalign® or Invisalign Teen®?

• Invisalign® and Invisalign Teen® use a series of clear, removable, custom-made Aligners, that look like bleaching trays.
• Invisalign® and Invisalign Teen® use no wires or brackets to move your teeth.

HOW DOES Invisalign® WORK?

• You will be given several sets of Aligners to be worn for about two weeks each.
• Remove your trays only to eat, drink, brush and floss.
• Your teeth will move gradually each week.
• Visit us every about every 6-8 weeks to receive additional sets of Aligners, and for Dr. Austin to make sure your teeth are moving as planned.
• Average treatment time is around 6-15 months.
• The average number of Aligners that you must wear varies between 18 and 30 trays.
