First Visit

The first appointment that you come to at Austin Orthodontics is no charge!  During your first visit with us, we will take an x-ray and photographs of your teeth.  Dr. Austin will then reviews them and performs an examination of your teeth.  With these bits of information, Dr. Austin is able to make recommendations regarding orthodontic treatment.

Common points of discussion that Dr. Austin will address at your first visit:

• Do you have a condition that orthodontics can address?
• Do you need treatment now or should treatment be delayed until appropriate growth, tooth eruption, or other factors have occurred?
• What treatment procedures will be used to correct any problems you have?
• Do any of your teeth need to be removed?
• How long will your treatment take?
• How much will your treatment cost?
• What are your payment options?
